The Weisberg’s Deli is an old school family business. Everyone does their part. Yoel does the family shopping in Jerusalem’s iconic Machaneh Yehudah farmers market and distills his own line of boutique liquors. Rabbi Josh smokes meats to perfection in his Traeger smoker. Tsufi prepares decadent vegan, sugar-free and gluten free desserts. And Mori prepares exquisite five-course catered meals for events, Shabbats and holidays.

Tsufi's Sweets

Sugar-free chocolate truffles Gluten-free cookies

Tsufi is the family baker. She knows how to make life sweet without the added sugar. Her chocolate truffles are made of pure date honey, organic coconut cream and roasted Dutch cocoa. Her gluten-free Pistachio Coconut cookies are crispy and covered with a thin splash of chocolate and pecan.

Smoked Whole Chicken

Josh, the family carnivore, begins his week by marinating prime cuts of brisket in spicy brine made with a secret family recipe. After the meat is soaked to remove the extra salt, Josh slow cooks the meat with sous vide for a perfect texture, completing the process by smoking it in a Traeger smoker.


Yoel's Liquors

Eleven exciting flavours of schnapps, arak and limoncello 

Yoel has perfected the art of turning fresh fruit, spices, sugar and the purest distilled alcohol into delicious dessert schnapps. His unmatched limoncello has a splash of lime squeezed fresh from the family’s orchard. His arak soaks in Jordan valley organic madjul dates for a perfect smooth sweet taste. Yoel buys each fruit at the peak of its season in Jerusalem’s farmer’s market, ferments it gently, before infusing the fruit into sweetened alcohol.
